Much of our knowledge of plants and flowers has been handed down to us from ancient times. Herbs, flowers and trees play a valuable role in allowing us to rediscover a more natural pattern to life.
Throughout most of my life, I have combined infusions of essential oils, scents and extracts to relax and soothe muscles, open respiratory passages, promote good circulation and pull toxins from the body.
As a yoga teacher and former massage therapist, I have explored the powerful qualities of essential oils as well as healing and rejuvenating properties of hydrotherapy and I am delighted to share them with you.
